About

I’m Dan, and I’m a blogger and a college student out of Yale University in New Haven. I started blogging a while ago and I’m now confident enough that I can pass my knowledge to others who might need it.

Two of my favorite pass times are writing and learning about the past through history. I am mainly interested in architectural world history as well as political history with a focus on Europe. This can sound silly since my major is in linguistics, but the two fields go well hand in hand.

I can combine my knowledge of different world languages to not only know more about history, but implement that same knowledge into my writing. I decided to focus my efforts on studying European languages and focus on French, German and Greek. These languages have more in common than you might think at first, and they are the sole reason I joined Yale as a first choice for my academic education.

The purpose of my blog is to share some essay samples with students in need. I struggled with finding my own style and footing when it came to essay writing, so I can understand that it’s an issue. You can follow my blog to receive ongoing support and tips on how to write good college essays in no time at all.

I plan to post not only essay samples but opinion pieces and personal blog posts as well. You will be able to learn more about college education, history and languages in general by frequenting my blog. I sincerely hope that you find what you are looking for on my blog. While I’m not a frequent writer, you can be sure that I will always update the site with any news and happenings in regards to the content I write.
